Violet is a Corporate Consultant at SAGE Corporate with 10 years of experience in the corporate industry, whilst providing administrative support on a daily basis.

Tasked with drafting important legal documents and conducting searches or research on behalf of clients. Violet also manages and assists with opening companies and filing the relevant documents. She has abundance of experience with corporate commercial law, and setting up companies in both the Free Zones and the Offshore.  Violet also knows how to work with the utmost discretion and handles sensitive information confidentially.

Violet has excellent interpersonal abilities to maintain relationships with clients, banks, and other team members. She has excellent skills and experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as fantastic Multitasking capabilities.

NOTABLE EXPERIENCE

• Assisting with company set-ups in Free Zones and offshores in the UAE and any other jurisdiction.
• Filing the required documents for a company set up such as an MOA, POA, AOA, and Company Resolutions.
• Assisting the clients with filing ESR notifications and annual reports
• Assisting clients by preparation of documentation required for any changes to their corporate structure and registering such changes with the relevant authorities.  
• Performing due diligence on clients and corporates and completing the KYC process and preparing ultimate beneficial owner declarations.
• Delivering executed documents to banks for clients.
• Performing company searches.
• Drafting letters of engagement.
